3.1. Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital services and event commitments, Namasmarana maintains a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy.

• Digital Content: Once a subscription is activated or digital content is accessed, no refunds will be issued.

• Event Tickets: Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

3.2. Exceptions (Mandatory under Indian Law) Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, a refund or replacement may be processed only if:

• The digital service is proven to be defective or not as described.

• An event is cancelled by BytesEdge Private Limited without a rescheduled date.
